Corinne holds a PhD in Engineering from Stanford and dual bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Math from Duke. She brings ten years of experience developing data-driven intelligence systems at Expanse (acquired by Palo Alto Networks), Leanplum, and Retina AI. Her expertise includes convex optimization with a focus on dynamical models and risk management. She’s responsible for Gadget Capital’s quantitative risk framework, including dynamic models, portfolio optimization, and the systems that govern position sizing and exposure limits.

Chris Horn

Managing Partner

Chris holds an engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has nine years of experience investing in decentralized finance and seven years building blockchain-based financial systems. He brings a technical knowledge of the protocol layer and familiarity with the ecosystem. At Gadget Capital, he is responsible for trade execution and engineers its proprietary infrastructure that directly deploys to decentralized platforms without centralized intermediaries.
