Chris Horn
Managing Partner
Chris is responsible for Market Analysis and Trade Execution.
Before co-founding Gadget Capital, Chris wrote software as an engineer for a blockchain-layer finance protocol and a machine learning startup.
He has an Engineering degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where he first learned about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
Chris has been operating in decentralized finance for nine years.
Corinne Powers, PhD
Managing Partner
Corinne is responsible for Portfolio Design and Risk Management.
Corinne has a doctorate from Stanford Engineering, where she designed intelligence tools for messy data using convex optimization. She also has math and engineering degrees from Duke.
Before co-founding Gadget Capital, she led data science initiatives for early-stage startups in San Francisco and Los Angeles until she moved to Houston.
Corinne has been investing in digital assets for six years.
